William B. Salley. Jr.
William B. "Bret" Salley, Jr.
William B. "Bret" Salley, Jr. practices in the areas of workers' compensation (on the job injuries), personal injury and criminal defense. Mr. Salley has been serving the rights of injured people and their families for over 20 years. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of Charleston in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1990.

Mr. Salley has served as President for Injured Workers' Advocates, a group of SC lawyers who represent clients injured at work. He has also served as Treasurer and Board Member for the SC Workers' Compensation Education Association. Mr. Salley is heavily involved in workers' compensation issues and is frequently asked to speak on workers' comp related topics. Mr. Salley is a former Assistant Solicitor for the 5th Judicial Circuit, former Special Federal Prosecutor and former Law Clerk for the Honorable Edward B. Cottingham. Mr. Salley is admitted to practice in South Carolina State and Federal Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.  

Bret grew up in Columbia and he and his wife, Nancy, have two boys (Brandon 26 and William 24) and a dog. Bret enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, reading and working out. He also enjoys most sporting events including football, baseball, basketball and tennis. He has served as an Elder, Deacon and Sunday School Teacher at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church. He has also served as a mentor to at risk youth and as a volunteer youth baseball and basketball coach. Bret has a passion for helping people.

Kelley R. Leddy
Kelley R. Leddy practices primarily in the area of personal injury law with a strong focus on car accidents.  Ms. Leddy has been serving the rights of injured people and their families since her graduation from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Her passion for representing the injured stems from her strong desire to help people recover after life-changing events emotionally, physically and financially. Kelley enjoys working closely with clients and explaining the personal injury claim process from start to finish. She prides herself in excellent client service with beneficial results. Ms. Leddy graduated with a Bachelors' Degree from the University of South Carolina in 2014 and received her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2017. Kelley graduated cum laude from both undergraduate and law school. 

Kelley lives in Lexington with her husband (Micah) and their 9 month old daughter (Reese). Ms. Leddy is a big animal lover and has three dogs (Lily, Daisy and Skippy) and several cats. She enjoys reading, hiking, camping and traveling. Kelley is a member of Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church and is also heavily involved with BNI (Business Networking International), Pawmetto Lifeline and her neighborhood women's group (Saluda River Club).
